This closure will occur across all departments, including Customer Care, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Clinical Support, and our QLD warehouse. Normal trading hours will re-commence on Monday, 5th January 2026.

For your convenience, we recommend that orders be placed before the Christmas closure period, as transport timeframes may be impacted during the Christmas and New Year holiday period. To ensure delivery of orders before the Christmas Closure period, orders will be required to be placed as per below:
🔹 Brisbane, Perth & Sydney Metro:
By 1.30 pm AEST on Monday, 15th December 2025
🔹 All other areas:
By 1.30 pm AEST on Friday, 12th December 2025
Transport timeframes may experience delays due to the public holidays; however, we expect all delivery standards to return to normal by Monday, 5th January 2026.
🎄 Important Note About Cold Goods
To ensure you receive your cold goods before Christmas, please place all cold goods orders by 1.30 pm AEST Friday, 12th December 2025.
No cold goods orders will be dispatched between Monday, 15th December 2025, and Monday, 5th January 2026.

Orders can still be placed online at MyIntegria throughout the December holiday closure. This provides you with a convenient way to place orders anywhere, anytime. Please note that any orders placed via MyIntegria during our closure period won't be processed until we reopen for business.
