* We are DIYERS, not professionals, and we extensively researched this project to ensure safety.
* Hebel is non-combustible and as sturdy as brick.
* The fireplace complies with all clearance regulations as outlined in the manual.
* A roof plumber installed the fireplace.
* Regarding TV placement, the TV has an arm allowing it to swing further, not evident in the footage.
* The fireplace sits on a 20mm compressed fiber cement sheet, slightly smaller than the base, providing a heat barrier and enabling easy door access.
*We have 2 travertine tiles sitting on the floor under the wood stack that I took out for the video that acts as a further hearth incase of ash drop.
