How could we do more with less?

It’s something we deal with everyday, not just in designing product, but in marketing, operations, and everything that we do.

For us it was about being deliberate with the features that were essential, and saying no to a lot of things. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But it’s reaaaally hard to say no.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our early designs were filled with things that we wanted to have. Like that water bottle holder, extra zipper pockets, tech charging. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
One by one, we cut them out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We ended up with a bag that was different from all the original ideas we had.
