We're at SXSW in Austin and one of the main themes of this year's conference is around empathy. Empathy is tough because it's not easy to put yourself in someone else's shoes. It's not easy to think about views and ideas that conflict with that of your own. But today, more than ever, we need empathy in our lives and in our world.
We try to incorporate empathy into everything that we do - from how we think about designing the backpack, to how we want to build our community. It's not easy and we're still learning and making mistakes. But we will keep trying, because the only way to have more empathy is to realize that you need to practice it and to go do it. 📷 Photo By: @olvh
