Happy International Women's Day! Here's to the day when we will no longer have to celebrate a day for women, because every day will be about women. Equality matters and we're still far from that. But the first step to change is to be cognizant of the conscious and subconscious biases that exist in our society. Thank you to all of the women who inspire us in our own lives and who are constantly pushing things forward. You make it all possible for us to do what we do.
