As we head towards the New Year many will create lists of resolutions that they hope to achieve. The problem is that many of these resolutions become a long To-Do list that can feel more like a punishment than a plan, if we are really honest with ourselves. So here is what we are thinking. What if we were to start with a vision of something that we dream about doing or being? Wouldn't it be more fun to allow ourselves to play with the idea that we could do or be anything that our heart desires? If we start there and allow ourselves to dream the list may become an exciting Can-Do list rather than a frustrating To-Do list. We would love to hear your thoughts on this and what you would do or be if you could do or be anything without any limits. We will talk more on this throughout the week so take some time with this and allow yourself to have fun as you consider the possibilities!
