There's the really pretty and fun side of this business that a lot of you see daily, but then there's a whole other side that you don't see. A lot of the messy and not so glamorous parts of running this company. A lot of planning. A lot of strategy. A lot of the nitty gritty...and a lot of caffeine ☕⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you met me on any random day of the week, I would probably be in black work out leggings + a sweatshirt, no make up, and my hair pulled back. If you didn't know me, you probably wouldn't think I own a 6 figure women's clothing boutique. It's the truth 😂and that's okay!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My role in this company has majorly shifted in the past two years. I've gone from splitting my time between working in two stores, running an e-commerce site, managing social media, finances, and buying to a more focused role -- growing this company + trusting my team to get us there.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I'm in a place where I get to dream our biggest dreams and focus on how we will achieve those. I still get to do what I love EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I just have a lot of help to get us where I know we can go 💪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So is this fun? Oh my god, so much fun you guys! But it's a lot of hard work. It's a lot of failing. A lot of mistakes. A lot of growing and listening. It's knowing you don't have all the best ideas and listening to your team. It's showing up every day and surviving through a pandemic. It's working a lot of nights after the kids go to bed, and getting up before the sun rises. But I know one thing....no matter how hard or unglamorous this job gets, I wouldn't trade doing this for anything in the world ❤️
