I learned a few things this weekend with my girls at our team retreat. 1) we all have so much fun together 2) they make me feel old 👵 but the biggest one is just how hungry my girls are to see this company be the best it can be and see it grow!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

They are so passionate to go above and beyond for me, for our customers, and for our communities. For so long, as an entrepreneur, you get in a mindset that you have to carry everything on your shoulders. Every task, department, and to do list falls on you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

But that simply isn’t true when you have the RIGHT team in place! These girls set some big goals for themselves and this business of ours, so it’s time. It’s time to let this little team of mine SHINE ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
