A lot of people ask what our company name means, and to be honest, it means a lot. I've spent a lot of time the past several months, pushing to trademark the name and make it ours. It's not an uncommon name, but it's a name that has so much thought and meaning behind it for us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I come from a long line of female business owners. Every woman, from my great-grandmother and now to me, has owned some sort of clothing business. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My great-grandma's name was Josephine, my grandma's middle name is Jo, and my middle name is Jo. It's been passed down from generation to generation, much like our love of business and clothing. So when our little lady was born, I knew I wanted to pass down our tradition to her.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

JO+CO is so much more than clothing -- it's family, it's love, and it's a legacy I hope will be around for many, many more years to come. I don't know what will happen with this business in 5 years, 15, even 30 years from now, but I hope that I'll be able to pass on this little legacy to her 🥰
