I started this business in 2012, and every year it felt like it was a struggle. I made some really god awful business decisions that almost risked everything. I struggled with confidence in being a CEO & CCO (chief chaos officer). I fought with my identity, what this business meant to me, and overall, my WHY for doing this ๐โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ

Moving our store into downtown Newburgh changed all of that. I could've stayed complacent & where I was, but I listened to my gut & I jumped ALLLLL the way in. I changed our branding & products into what I always wanted them to be. I've become more strategic, patient, & confident with my business decisions, which in turn that has lead to our most profitable year ever & me being able to reward my team like I never could before (you girls are the REAL MVPs) ๐โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
