2019 has been one of those year’s where I feel like I was tested, but in the end, everything came together exactly how it was meant to be ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

By far some of the best things from this year were being blessed with this baby girl we’re about to meet and learning to let go. I gave my team more responsibility & ownership in their roles for the business, which freed up time for me to focus on my strengths in the business and also spend more time with my family. Something I’m making a goal of in 2020 to continue 🙌🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
