"It's not the product that keeps people talking, it's the experience they receive." I heard this today on my morning walk listening to the @goaldiggerpodcast & it really hit home.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I first started this business over 7 years ago, the style wasn't there, but the low price point was. Let me be clear - I had no idea what I was doing. I'm a self-aware enough person to know that and admit it. I didn't know who I was serving, what our WHY was, or what even my branding was. All I knew is I had a dream and no one was going to stop me from doing it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But with that low price point came lower expectations, lower quality, and sub-par standards. I slowly started falling out of love with this passion & dream I wanted because deep down, I had spent years building a business based on price, not on the experience I was giving my customer.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Over the past 7 years, I've mad several mistakes. Through each of those mistakes, came change -- and without that change, we wouldn't be where we are today. I've worked my tail off to be where we are at today, and through a lot of self perspective and listening to our customers, have gotten to a place of complete confidence with our company.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Today, I can stand behind every single style & product we provide. I cut vendors if they don't live up to quality standards, I know what fabrics will hold up and how to tell our customers how to care for them. I look for pieces that will be capsule pieces that can be carried over season after season, instead of one-and-done styles. I make sure our team is trained to provide the customer with the upmost service EACH of you deserve.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Because at the end of the day, I want each of you to walk into our stores and feel loved. Feel beautiful. Feel confident. And when you leave, I want you to continue to feel that way. That's what fashion does for me, and I want to make sure my business provides that for you.
