Today was definitely a throw your hair back, dig into the boxes, and get dirty kind of day 🥴 ☕ I don't do it often, but my team needed me to step up today and really help them get down to the nitty gritty to get caught up!
When you own a business you wear so many hats -- I'm a boutique owner but I'm also a CFO, CEO, tech specialist, buyer, merchandiser, graphic designer, copy editor, cheerleader, motivator, janitor, trainer, social media market, photographer, coffee runner, shipper, data entry specialist, and way way more, I'm sure of it 😂
It's days like today though that really just make me slow down. I get to turn on my early 2000s hip hop mix station, take off my shoes, and get out of my head for a little bit. I get to stop thinking about everything on my to-do list and focus on what's in front of me.
I've been so caught up in "what's next" mode for us the past few weeks that I've forgotten to slow down & just enjoy everything we do have going on -- and what we do have going on right now is just simply amazing ❤️
So thankful for my team for putting up with my big dreams, my never-ending twists and turns to make us better, & constantly aiming to be the best we can be 😍
