Why is it so easy to be someone else's cheerleader, but when it comes to yourself you are just simply the worst 😂 It is so easy for me pump up & lift up my girlfriends & fellow boss babes up -- but I never give myself the same treatment.
The last two years of this business have been a complete whirlwind. We've rebranded, added an office, survived through a pandemic, brought on more full-time employees, opened another location, and are still growing.
I've had a really hard time the past few weeks grasping this growth & what I'm supposed to do with it. I never in a million years thought our company could be achieving these goals we set for our team & part of me struggles with not feeling worthy of it or feeling like a fraud. I see these amazing women running multi-million boutiques & I don't ever believe I could one day be that woman myself.
I've been having the same vivid dream the last several weeks of being bit over and over again by a snake on my left arm. I looked it up and this is what it means -- "this dream is trying to get you to pay attention to your inner strength. You have a false belief system that you are incapable of, but in truth, you are very strong & fully capable of solving the issue at hand." .....I mean come on 🤯
So this week I'm working on lighting that inner fire I feel inside & letting that business goddess shine bright like she's supposed to 🔥🌟 I'm putting my head down, a thankful hand on my heart, and reminding myself that I can do this business thing because I'm a strong, capable, smart, fiery, loving, and thankful boss babe ❤️
