I feel like a mama whose baby bird is about to leave the nest — Lexie is about to take a step back from JO+CO to pursue her BIG dreams & I couldn’t be more proud of her 😭 ❤️ Lexie came into my life over 2 years ago when were going through so much change. She was the first person I hired to not work in the stores & solely focus on our marketing. I didn’t know it at the time when I was interviewing her, but Lexie was one of the biggest blessings for this business. I was so scared to take that risk & hire for a position out of my comfort zone but I’m so damn glad I did, because I got Lexie.

She came in eager to learn, took so much off my plate so I could focus on growing this company, brought a new life into JO+CO, and always graced our team with lots of laughs 😂 one of my favorite memories of Lexie is when I asked her if I was intimidating & without hesitation bursted out laughing and went “NO” 😂 She’s a straighter shooter, goofy, gracious, with a touch of sassy & I know she is going to go off and do big things!

You’ll still see her around modeling for us & helping create content — because she said she can’t quit us completely 🥰 but here in a few weeks she’ll be taking a step back so she can focus on pursuing those big dreams of hers!
