“How do you balance it all?” 🤔 I’m asked this question more than you would think & to be honest for the last month…I haven’t been balancing anything AT ALL.
In the last month I’ve been faced with restructuring this company to maintain & keep up with our growth, lost our first commercial building we were purchasing, was faced with potentially making a really hard decision about one of our stores, & working 60-70 hour weeks as I just try to keep up with everything on my plate 😥
But — I’m finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. We’ve secured a beautiful industrial space in our local town for our new warehouse & offices! We’ve welcome two NEW team members that I’m so pumped to have here 🤩 I have a new executive assistant & we were so lucky to find our new store manager at our Jasper store 🙌🏼
Today, we went to @kimball_international to start picking out some of our new office furniture and brainstorm set up & materials & I left feeling like some weight was finally off my shoulders — and lofty goals to one day have offices as beautiful as theirs 😍
Owning this business is not easy. I can tell we are in this different season here where our strength, resilience, and perseverance is going to be tested. But I know with my team behind me, we can accomplish ANYTHING 💪🏼
