It’s been almost 10 years since I placed my first order with a vendor. I was sitting at my tiny (and I mean tiny) NYC kitchen, reviewing line sheets to plan our first quarter. I remember getting just enough shipments in to fill our little 1000 sq ft store in my hometown. I was filled with excitement but so much nervousness wondering if anyone would even show up to our grand opening.
Fast forward to almost 10 years later, and I still woke up this morning with those same mixed feelings. I think that’s the beautiful thing about being a business owner. You never know what to expect, and that unknown is what keeps you pushing to constantly try harder & do better. Not only for yourself, but for the communities who’ve welcomed us with open arms. ❤️ cont’d….
