I'm not the perfect boss & to be honest, I won't ever be the perfect boss. I have to make very hard decisions sometimes, decisions I wish I didn't have to make. I have to choose to embrace my imperfections, hold myself accountable, my team accountable and lead them the best way I know.
This week is all about taking a step back & reflecting on everything me and my team have accomplished before we dive into 2 0 2 2 🖤 I'm so excited to see where this year takes us & have you guys along for the ride 😘
