This to me is always crucial. Every single person I bring onto my team is told I’m honest to the fault & expect that in return. If my employees aren’t happy, I encourage to come to me openly to tell me. Maybe it’s fixable, maybe it’s time to move on - and I’ll support whatever decision they make. Sometimes people don’t want to hear the truth because it means holding themselves accountable, but to me, if you’re not being honest, how do you move forward in your relationships?
