Did I work every day last week?! Of course I did 🤣 but I did it from the comfort of my couch, by the fire, catching up on my Netflix too....so you know, balance.
I spent last week really thinking about what I wanted this year to be like. The past 2 years have felt like a non-stop roller coaster ride of changes, hustling, and growing. All of that led to burnout 😴 & I lost my passion for this business, especially in the last 5 months of this year.
Usually, I pick a word that I want my year to revolve around, but this year I'm choosing more of a motto — DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY. I've been so stuck on more ways to grow this company, outsourcing everything possible, that I've lost a lot of what I LOVE about this company.
So this year, the focus isn't about growth..it's about doing more of what brings us joy, happiness, and living in the moment! 🙌🏼
