Those hazelnut shortbread we posted the recipe for...? Well, we were out of hazelnuts but not out of pistachios and it turns out that the same recipe makes to die for buttery nutty chocolatey pistachio shortbread. So much so that we didn’t manage to take this pic before eating another cookie. The one missing in the corner 🤭🍪😋
