Tamanu oil originates from the Tamanu Tree, is naturally a beautiful green color (as you can see in the photo) and has an earthy scent to it. It is great for sensitive skin and beneficial for scar reduction and hydration. I love to apply the butter over appleseed oil at night and wake up with a moisturized & refreshed face. This butter will be a little oilier and better for the winter seasons, where the tamanu oil will absorb quicker and will be lighter. •

I think this cleanser may be my favorite thing from Joylin so far! Activated charcoal is porous and contains absorbent properties that makes it amazing for your skin! The charcoal can bind to excess oil and impurities and draw them out of your skin, thus cleansing and refreshing it. This makes my skin sooo clean and removes dirt and grime. It also contains the ever-so-lovely tea tree oil, which helps with inflammation and acne reduction. •

Although appleseeds are often thought of as unimportant, they contain nutrients that can benefit your skin in so many ways! Joylin’s Appleseed Oil has natural UV filtering properties as well as it is emollient and moisturizing.
