Q: Tell the KM community about yourself.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A: What’s up Team KM?! I’m a recording artist from South Florida with a Trini and Panamanian heritage. My life’s passion centers around music and sharing that passion with the world. As we know, music can heal, motivate, inspire and simply be an outlet to let out some steam. I aspire to make all of those things possible with my art and vulnerability through music. While my list may lean hip-hop, I’m a mixed breed through and through and am inspired by all genres hence the title of my upcoming album ‘The Mutt’ releasing Nov 30th. My fitness journey began about 12 years ago and has been a roller coaster with highs and lows. Ultimately, I’ve learned that balance is key to long term consistency.⠀

Q: What do you enjoy most about being a KM Innovator? ⠀
A: What I enjoy most about being a KM Innovator is not only being at the forefront of supplemental breakthroughs in the health and fitness industry but proudly representing a brand that I’ve learned to trust over the years. It feels good to tell other fitness enthusiasts or newcomers about KM knowing how much work, science and dedication to clean products go into its lineup. I’ve followed Kris Gethin since early on when he’d write programs on Bodybuilding.com and from those days I recognized the attention to detail he brought to the table. I’m excited to see the brand grow in a healthy and impactful way! 💪🏽 ⠀

Q: What is your go-to Kaged Muscle product?⠀⠀⠀⠀
A: Tough Q because nearly all of the KM products have a role in my day to day. I’m currently on a shredding mission so I tend to use a lot of KM Isolate and Clean Burn always keeps me in check. My other go-to is Hydra Charge! I’ll even mix some vodka in it on a cheat day for a low cal special shhhh 🤫 don’t tell @krisgethin ⠀
