Q: Tell the KM community about yourself.⠀⠀⠀⠀
A: Hi, my name is Chris and I’m 30 years old. I live in (the original) Hampshire in England and am a serving member in the British Army. I was always interested in keeping fit as a part of my job, but our training has always been more cardio focussed. I still love running and swimming, but I got serious about weight training in 2017. Since then, I’ve completed almost all of Kaged Muscle’s programmes and transformed my physique. I’m taking things a step further now and I’m working towards stepping on the stage for my first competition in 2021!⠀

In my spare time I’m also studying to become a personal trainer, because I love sharing knowledge and helping people. This will allow me to give advice and help others with total confidence. ⠀

Q: What do you enjoy most about being a KM Innovator?⠀⠀⠀⠀
A: I say this all the time, but it’s the absolute wealth of knowledge that is shared throughout the KM community. I’m very fortunate to have built some great relationships with my fellow innovators. Even the KM athletes support us, help us and motivate us. Special mention to Michael Wittig!⠀

Q: What is your go-to Kaged Muscle product?⠀
A: Where do i begin! If my wife were answering she would say all of them because our kitchen cupboards have been taken over! But with a whole new bunch of awesome releases recently it’s hard to pinpoint just one so I’ll pick 2! Firstly, Pre Kaged is hands down the best Pre I’ve ever had. Focus and no crash. What’s not to love? And the new S’mores whey isolate is without doubt one of the best products I’ve ever tasted. I mix this with oats or pour over cereal. ⠀
