Disclaimer this is not a pretty motivational quote here: â €
I was fat before, not curvy. I was fat at 71 kg and only 5'2". I hated myself every time I looked in a mirror, while perfectly hiding my insecurities under makeup, fake tan, drowning my pain in alcohol and emotional eating when nobody was watching. I pretended I was confident, but I was lying to myself, looking for validation. I was lost. To make thing worse I got into extreme dieting by starving myself or making myself sick. Without any knowledge or help, I was drowning even more with pain trying to fit into mediocre life, because every girl wants to be skinny and have abs showing. I didn't care what I was doing to myself, I just wanted to fit in. â €

I'm here now, stronger mentally and physically, I'm not here to please anyone or try to fit in. I no longer care if people will like me. I am who I am and I fought to be that. â €

I stopped wasting time on people who don't bring any value to my life and who try to bring me down. I learned to let go and accepted my flaws and I work on my weaknesses. I learned patience, discipline, and meaning of real friendships. With amazing support I have from my friends, I'm becoming stronger. Remember the decision to start is in your hands. Pay no attention to what people think. â €

Question: Do you want to live in a weak, broken house or do you want a castle? Your body is your temple. Look after it. Make it strong. Improve it. Look after it. It takes time but so worth it. â €

Unleash the beast inside you! Transform your mind and body. Don’t compare your progress with others. We all need our own time to travel our own distance. Focus on the step you are taking right now. ⠀
