Are you looking for a healthy Thanksgiving desert? Check out this recipe from Kaged Muscle Ambassador @alexiadawnallen⠀ -⠀ You MUST make these! Super simple and super delish! ⠀ #1/2 cup coconut oil⠀ 1/2 cup of coconut sugar⠀ 1 cup of almond milk⠀ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⠀ 1/2 cup cocoa powder ⠀ 1 scoop vanilla Kasein protein powder⠀ 3 cups of quick oats ⠀ In a pan melt together the coconut oil, cocoa powder, and coconut sugar. While melting on low heat, mix together your oats and Kasein powder. Once fully melted, pour into bowl and add the vanilla extract and almond milk, stir in. Then add the Kasein and quick oats mixture. Mix all together until evenly combined. In a pan (I used 6x8 because it's what I had, gave me 10 bars. Note: the macros will be for 10 bars, so avoid cutting them in more or less) Line pan with parchment paper to avoid mess and so bars pop out easily. Once it's completely cooled in the refrigerator, cut and wrap each one individually, and take on the go to eat through out the week! ⠀ MACROS: Protein 6g Carbs 26g Fat 7g⠀ -⠀ Note: I use coconut sugar because of the health benefits of it. It's a natural low glycemic sweetener, contains many nutrients, and has vital amino acids. Downfall, it is high in carbs. You may substitute out the 1/2 cup of coconut sugar for 1 1/2 Tbl of stevia, and decrease the almond milk to 1/2 cup of almond milk. This will decrease the number of carbs per bar to 17g. ⠀ @kagedmusclesupps @krisgethin #KAGEDMUSCLE #kagedcouple #gluteday #KASEIN #proteinbar #legday #legworkout #hamstrings #gluteworkout #supplements #girlswholift #fitness #followforfollow #motivated #inspire
