This is not a trick, it is a treat made with the new Kaged Kasein! - Try this delicious Kasein confetti bar recipe by Kaged Muscle Ambassador @kleannnn - INGREDIENTS 2 cups oat flour (oats that are ground up) 1 cup of coconut or almond flour 1/2 cup of KASEIN 1/4 cup of cashew or coconut peanut spread 2 tbs of stevia pinch of sea salt 1/2 cup sugar free syrup 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 1/2 cup of almond milk Protein glaze: 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted 1-2 scoops od KASEIN 1/4 cup of almond milk (additional if needed to thin out) SPRINKLES 1. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside. 2. In separate bowl mix flours, protein, sweetener, salt, MIX WELL 3. Combine peanut spread of choice and syrup in microwave bowl and heat until melted (about 45 seconds) 4. Pour smooth mixture into dry and mix until well-combined 5. Add vanilla and milk, mix well until a firm batter is formed. NOTE: If needed add more milk until the right density of dough is formed. 6. Then transfer dough to lined baking pan and press down to create an even layer 7 GLAZE: mix all ingredients, slowly add more milk until consistency is thin and smooth 8. POUR OVER BARS 9.
