In case you didn't know. I competed in my first strongman event in a couple years. Got 5 reps total in an axle log medley (220) lbs in 60 seconds. Ran 250 lb farmer carries 60 ft in 8 seconds. Flipped a 600lb tire 60 ft in 22 seconds, repped 405 29 times in a minute on deads and threw stones 48" 7 times with 275lb in 60 seconds.
