You inspire us! ・・・ My Transformation by @tomprinciotto The photo on the left was an 110kg+ overweight, insecure, depressed human being Someone that would smash down ultimate double whoppers most days on the way home from work followed by mums cooked dinner Being everyones fat joke and not getting treated with respect because of my weight. I remember getting one kick that day can't believe they even played me on the field Later that week I saw that photo on Facebook and it disgusted me with the way I looked and woke me up knowing I needed to do something about it. Joining the gym that following Monday, I set myself a goal that in two years time I would make that stage, catching the bug after seeing results and getting obsessed, wanting more and more always having that end result In my mind. spending hours in the gym and researching training and nutrition all day everyday 20 months & a 26kg loss and I made it. Never did I or anyone ever think back then I could achieve what I did two weeks ago I have posted this to help anyone out there that feels the same way as I did to give them the hope that it can be done if you put your mind to it with 100% effort and determination with a never give up attitude. Pushing yourself to the limit and beyond by setting short and long term goals, and not letting anyone get in the way of them!
