We all have a story to tell... It's never too late to change your life ... Don't be stuck in unhealthy and toxic life... Find what destroys you and destroy with the courage to make change and the dream to achieve something you wanted to do for ages.. To become person you wanted to be , to be happy , to live life with people who respect you , support you and love you for who you are ... Set your goals, make a wish , write a plan and make that change because being stuck in a routine will kill your soul. Don't be scared to stand out from the crowd just because you made a change and your lifestyle is different then the average Joe.
What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.... Someone asked me recently what motivates me ....
Motivation is a fire from within... And this is what motivates me... everyday being blessed for having another chance to open my eyes - the dreams that are so big I'm scared to say out loud - the fire burning in my heart saying Don't stop... Keep going! - the good people in my life who helped me / helping towards my dreams - the bad people who waiting for me to fail and say " I knew it"
- the moments of excitement when you look in a mirror and see changes in your physique - the moment when you notice the struggle turns into strength - the smile on your face when person you've been looking up to says "well done " - the support I get from you guys on my social media pages ( thank you) - the amazing and inspiring fitchicks and guys I follow on IG.
I could write endless inspirational quotes and words of wisdom here but the truth is that if you can't find motivation in yourself, no motivational page will give this to you.
