∴ Mother Nature speaks in a language understood within the peaceful mind of the sincere observer. – Radhanath Swami ? . ∴ A conversation with a dear sister last week has got me considering a lot about the beautiful experience of watching nature, simply watching. Not listening to music or a podcast, reading, being active and moving in nature, socialising or anything that we can DO around nature, but simply sitting and observing. To listen to the trees and the wisdom it can share with us if we are silent long enough, to hear the songs of the birds and feel their essence, these gifts that blossom around us everywhere. ? In nature, we find silence and tranquility, yet the natural world has has its own language by which it speaks to those who are paying attention. As we listen to nature’s song, we discover a world different from our own. In this world everything flows slower, yet always with purpose. Everything is connected, yes a leave still grows form it’s own stem. Every animals needs are accounted for, yet there is no sense of landownership among the possums in our trees. . We have so much to learn from nature, to be inspired by for our own coming into wholeness and living in harmony on this earth, with this earth and with each other and ourselves. . Thank you Mother Earth, Thank you for your abundance that keeps us alive and for your songs that keep us inspired. So much gratitude this morning ??✨ . Have a beautiful day all, much love and blessings to you ❤️ . ? Photo before the incredible days spent in deep meditation retreat in the beautiful Yarra Ranges last weekend ?Healing Healesville!
