Recently, scientists discovered a remarkable drop in sperm quality. In the 70s, one milliliter of semen contained an average of 90 million sperm cells. Now this has dropped to an average of 50 million sperm cells per milliliter. Sperm quality is deteriorating due to plastic. Chemicals in everyday plastic products, such as creams and perfumes - so called endocrine disruptors - are harmful to fertility.
