Winnipeg was a success!!! .

The cross Canada body positivity tour has officially launched. I started in Winnipeg and around 30 amazing human beings dropping down to their skivvies and swim wear in front of the Canadian Human Rights Museum to promote body positivity. What was even more beautiful is that we had mothers bring their children. By the age of 5 children develop lasting issues around body image and it’s crucial that we share positive, inclusive and diverse bodies as to ensure they develop positive body image. As the saying goes “monkey see, monkey do!” As one of the mothers put it and it was beautiful! I want to give a shoutout to the men who joined in! I’ve heard that sometimes men don’t feel like they have a space like the women do and we all struggle with body image so we need to all be represented. I can’t wait for what is next to come!!! .

Saskatoon is the next stop on this cross Canada tour. It will be on June 26th @ 6p.m. Location : tbd. DM if you’re interested in taking part!! .
