So I became my own mean girl, and tore myself down quietly all the time. Over and over. Picking myself apart in front of the mirror, never believing any of the positive thoughts I might think about myself, and only believing the negative ones to be true. ā£
Then over years of work and building up my confidence, finally making shifts and feeling good about myself despite not having the small frame that I wished for my entire lifeā¦ā£
