Every two weeks at Knix HQ we have a meeting called "I'll Show You Mine." During these meetings, different members of our Knix family present something they're working on to the whole company.
The idea is to shine a spotlight on some of the amazing work that goes into helping Knix run smoothly every single day.
Last week however, in honor of us working from home we had "I'll Show You Mine: #KnixCribs Edition"
Our Design Director Jules and her son Torrez presented this video first, this is what Jules had to say: "My son Torrez became interested in filmmaking after attending a camp at @backlanestudios where they taught kids how to use their iPhones to create interesting footage and edit it with iMovie.
As a creative kid, Torrez started filming around the neighborhood and sees himself possibly becoming a director or editor one day.
When we decided to have a #KnixCribs presentation last Friday I passed on the assignment to Torrez and it kept him busy all day during quarantine.
What we learned is that not all screen time is bad, I’m glad Torrez has found a creative outlet with his phone. There's more to it than just video games!"
