"Knix is a company that I have long admired because of their inclusiveness. As someone who has been a range of sizes, from 24 to 4, I value companies that demonstrate their love for women by embracing the fact that our bodies are ever evolving and changing.
When Knix issued a model call for their new swim line I tagged many friends who I thought would be a great fit and then my husband asked me, “What about you?”
“Me?” I’m not a swimsuit model! I have stretch marks, extra skin, scars, wrinkles, and sagging. Then a small voice said, “Why not me? Isn’t that just the kind of woman that Knix champions?”
So I threw my name into the hat. I never expected to receive a call saying that they wanted me to participate but I am so honored to help represent women, mothers, and perfectly imperfect bodies.”
Guess what? We’re not done yet. We were overjoyed by how many awesome applications we got so we decided to pick one more of you to model for us! Congratulations to Brittany – we can’t wait for you to meet her too!
