Step 1: After you’ve used your pad, fold it up to keep it safe until you’re ready to wash it.

Step 2: For dried stains, soak your pad in cold water for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Pro Tip: Soaking in cold water first is helpful in removing blood from all materials, not just pads❄️

Step 3: When your cold water runs clear after the soaking process, throw your pad in a wash bag and machine wash cold. Remember, do not use bleach or harsh stain removing chemical agents when cleaning your pads. The cold water soak will do the work for you!

Step 4: Tumble dry on low, or hang to dry. Reuse, and happy menstruating!
