I try not to get caught up in New Years Resolutions/diets/restrictions but every year I pick a word or intention. Last year, I was opening the studio so my word was TRUST to learn to trust myself, trust that problems would work out, trust that I was on the right path and I truly learned to trust life. So as we head in to 2019, this year I decided my word will be PLEASURE - it will be at the center of my daily activities, the top of my to-do-list, to find gratitude and pleasure in the small things and I intend to stay close to the people, places and things that bring me PLEASURE and FUN.
