Every year my Dad sends a homemade birthday card to his friends and family - made of construction paper, he usually cuts out old photos alongside a funny poem about how old we are. Those cards are one of the few prized material possessions I have in my life. They’ve always meant so much to me, filled with thoughtfulness, love and care. It was such an honor to gather with the Knockout community this morning for Stretch + Service and make homemade birthday cards for Meals on Wheels recipients.
