I went to hear @mariannewilliamson talk recently and like all of her speeches I was moved by her message. We have all played a part in where are country is right now and we should try to steer clear of blame and this “me, me, me” mentality and work together to contribute to our communities, inspire change, make a difference and spread love. It’s so important to discover more about yourself, but also how you interact with others and the world around you. And like @scottpicard so beautifully taught us last night we are all connected. Saturday, June 30, marches will take place all over the country to protest #familiesbelongtogether and at our studio we will support these rallies by making all of our classes at KNOCKOUT donation based for the @aclu_nationwide #selfdiscoverystudio #higherpurpose #aclu #familiesbelongtogether
