This past Sunday we held one of the most moving, heart opening experiences I've ever been through! Led by two brilliant teachers @nachoarimany led a rhythm and song experience that cracks open the energy in your body and let's you explore your voice followed by a breathwork class that got you out of your mind and into your body. It was a modern experience set to dance music mixed with @nachoarimany ancient instruments for a truly new take on healing!
