A workshop to discover and live from the full capacity of your voice, your body and your heart.
To truly understand the power of desire one needs to understand the power of fire, and by this I mean the fire that is your life force or more specifically, your sexual energy.
If we were all firing on all cylinders, there would be a perpetual and ongoing exchange of fire between our hearts and sexual energy.
Remember, your heart and sexual energy give something vital to one another: together they create true desire! However, over the course of a life, this inherent flow between your heart and sexual energy is interrupted; it becomes blocked. And because the heart and sexual fire are disconnected, the heart can be left to feel flat, numb, unreachable, and with no permission to be the regenerative fuel that moves you forward in your life! Our desires often remain hidden, protected, unexpressed, and unseen by the rest of the world.
In this workshop, you will learn simple and accessible exercises and together, we will address, alter and resolve the inherent internal and external obstacles you face so you can live from the true power of your heart and sexual fire!
