"I have this one particular lipstick I wear when I need a power boost. This photo is from this year's British University Championships' Women's Powerlifting meet. This was my first experience in training seriously and having something to work towards. You can imagine the nerves on the day, especially on 4 hours sleep (super early start 😵). I also wore this lipstick yesterday, for the very last exam of my degree. Nerves hit me hard for that one too, and an hour before the exam I'd been chatting to a few friends about how we'd been using makeup to help us get through. For me, that's the true power of makeup 💪🏼
