On her experience with KYNAH, Karishma shares, âWorking with Kynah was a dream come true. When I began the process of searching for a wedding dress I was so underwhelmed with the options and experiences I had with other sellers. I was feeling very discouraged and was scared that I was never going to find the dress I was looking for. Being half Hispanic and half Indian, I really wanted a dress that spoke to both cultures with beading, florals, Indian patterns, a cathedral veil, and of course - ivory tones. When I stumbled upon Kynah on my Instagram I looked through their inventory and found a dress that was very close to what I was looking for and could have been the dress for me with some customizations. I set up a virtual appointment to see what could be done and from this appointment onward I felt like Cinderella with a fairy godmother. There was absolutely nothing they said no to and were able to customize my dress down to even the micro details when asked. Communication was consistent and I received the dress all the way from India in a matter of 3 months, and it was PERFECT. I remember trying it on and crying because I couldnât believe how beautiful it came together. Even after I received the dress the line of communication was always open for any questions or concerns I had. Even a year after receiving the dress they followed up to see how it came together on my wedding day. I could not thank them enough for making my wedding dreams come true.â â
