After a week of having a device attached to me and a camera watching me day and night 😩.
I am finally freeee!! I find out my eeg results in a month.
Now, it’s back to regular activity and involving exercise back into my life. I really haven’t prioritised it since I started @bylaniofficial so I’m really, really looking forward to feeling fit physically and mentally! 🙏🏼
