The end of an era šš¤
If youād told me three years ago what my life would look like today, I wouldnāt have believed you.
This degree means so much more than what it looks like on paper. Itās proof that I learned how to live alone, speak a new language, build a new life, and keep chasing my dreams⦠no matter how far from home I was.
As proud as I am of myself, Iām even more grateful to my parents and grandparents, for teaching me how to dream, letting me fly, and grounding me in who I am.
Even though they couldnāt be there with me that day, I couldnāt have felt more love and support being surrounded by the family Iāve built here. š«¶š»
If thereās one thing Iāve learned,
itās that your new life will cost you your old one.
And thatās okay. You will be okay, because what you gain is a version of yourself you never knew you could become.
The life I have now wasnāt handed to me.
I built it, piece by piece, by choosing to grow and embrace change. And now, Iāve never felt more like myself.
If youāve been waiting for a sign to follow that little spark inside you, this is it. āØ
Youāre allowed to outgrow what once felt right, youāre allowed to chase the life you dream of without giving any explanations, and even if no one else understands it yet.
So take a good look at that cap and gown,
because Iām definitely not doing all that againšš
but wow, what a beautiful chapter it wasā¦
