Being on the road 24/7 makes it complicated to work out properly. 40 degree heat doesnt support my motivation either but we all still have to push through it because working out is so important for your body’s health.

Now that I arrived in Queensland the weather here is so much cooler and the beaches mostly have gym equipment. Wearing the newest collection of lskd makes me even more excited for that summer body 😉🏃♀️
