Shout-Out to ‘Legacy’ for this one. Legacy is a book by James Kerr that breaks down the ethos behind the New Zealand All Blacks and how their attitude and culture as a team has made them the most successful international men’s rugby team of all time. Sweeping the sheds is simply doing the little things that need to be done, not leaving the mundane tasks for someone else. You can hear ‘sweep the sheds’ being said around the office every week at LSKD, no one is too big to do the small things 🏆
