I used to get overwhelmed with the number of my daily goals. I don't think it is a unique issue. Many people set an unrealistic number of to-do's every day, only to end up getting frustrated when we don't tick off all the boxes. Does that sound like a familiar problem? If it does, I hope this little tip helps because I've been practicing it: ⠀ ⠀ 1. If there's a big goal you're after, break them down into daily goals. This way, you get to give it your 1% every day - and all of those baby steps add up in the end!⠀ 2. A good number of daily goals only ranges from 2 to 3.⠀ 3. Think of your daily goals as a guideline of what lies ahead, not a strict requirement. If you don't manage to get them done, give yourself a breather. That's perfectly okay. Allow life to happen, even if just by a little.⠀ ⠀ When you minimize what you do, you get to focus more easily. I hope these few tips help you get there!⠀ ⠀ In case you need shoes to get you "there" and everywhere else, these leather sandals are available via #linkinbio ⠀ ⠀ #goals #planning #optimize⠀ #minimalist #minimalism #minimal #minimalmood #minimalistics #minimal_perfection #minimalistic #mindtheminimal #keepitsimple #paradiseofminimal #minimaldesign #simplicity #minimalstyle #unlimitedminimal #minimalobsession #simple #minimalistfashion #minimalzine #minimalismo #geometry #shoes
