Clothes are art that incites us to dream, to imagine, to fantasize - an aspirational quality. Then, there is fashion’s underside belly: its inspirational quality. It speaks of the reality of our clothes, how we choose what to wear on a daily basis, how we take care of and imbue meaning in our clothes. It’s that first date dress you refuse to throw out of your wardrobe or that pair of jeans that has gained patches over the years from repair. Fashion is both aspirational and inspirational.
